How to program phone dialer?

Is it possible to program the system to phone me at work,
where an automated system answers and you must enter
a 3-digit extension to reach me?
How would I program the system to enter the 3-digit extension
after the automated phone system answers?

You would program pauses after the initial phone number to allow the message to play then enter the extension
