Powermax + Force arming?

My Powermax + installer guide states in section 4.4.8 (Bypass) that there are 3 options- manual bypass, force arm and no bypass.  When I select this section on the panel there is no option to force arm.  Is there another setting that I have missed?
Another question- the manual refers throughout to UL Installations- what does this mean?

0. what vintage is your panel?  What country?  UK may not allow force-arm.

1. Visonic has been modifying firmware/menus in other models so the manual sometimes does not match the hardware.  May be the case here.

2. Some specific configuration features are not tested for UL-listing of security systems.   Central monitoring stations may require UL-listed configuration - usually not.  If you are not being monitored then it does not matter.

3. Force-arm should be avoided anyway.
