My visonic with Powermax pro

Gigaray:
I use PowermaxPro with powerlink2 connected with IP camera and x10 homeautomation.
I can fully remote control of alarm, IP camera and x10 by web browser ( php ). When I connect with My Visonic iPhone application or HTML web browser ( link below the login page ) can control only alarm and ip camera, but cannot find x10 device ( nonstop searching ).
I have already forward port 443 and try to change 2 router, cannot solve the problem.
I send the email ( 2 time )to support visonic, no respond from them.
I have no idea to solve this problem. Could someone help me?
