Getting Control battery low error, but battery voltage is good. Checked Battery voltage, about 13 volts, pulled ac plug and battery kept good power, no real loss. Does it sound like I need new board or there other things I can check. Thanks for your help.

Hi Scott,
a battery trouble doesn't have to be a low voltage. It can be capacity loss, higher or lower than usual charging current, parameters that the panel can measure. If you want to do a real dynamic test you must leave the panel operated by battery for a day and also trigger a couple of alarms during the test.
How old is the battery anyway ?
Upon an indicated battery trouble condition, we usually swap a new one inside the panel.
If the trouble continues, only then we are sure something's wrong with the panel.

The Battery is about 18 months old. I will disconnect the power and will see how the battery performs. Thanks.
