I have a Powermax wireless system, I have tried emailing Visonic at the address in Israel but never heard anything, Does anyone know if Visonic has telephone/email support available.
My problem is that the Powermax seems to want a phone line connected whether or not I'm using a monitoring service. I need to install it where there is no phone line available, is there a way to disable the phone line requirement.

Hi Lenny............go into installers mode programming and then to section called DEFINE COMM
Find REPORT CNTR.......disable that report and it will not even look for the phone line
