Help!! Forgotten Installer Code

 ???My husband has forgotten the Installer code he used to program our Powermax system.  Is there any way to reset the code without the old code, or to reset the entire memory so that we can add new sensors?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank You.

Try changing the user code back to 1111 then try the old user code as the installer code.
Otherwise please contact our tech support dept.for guidance
